Gold Tailings Recycling

Object Introduction

Gold recovery rate of the chute, jigging and shaker is not high, the yield is very low (generally not more than 0.5%), and the strength is uneven, fine-grained  minerals are difficult to be recycled, and the jigs have slight lost  in the process. In addition, since the coarse-fine grain gold is not well recovered in the re-election stage, the subsequent flotation has a poor effect on their recovery, or in CIL/CIP process the leaching time is not enough to completely dissolve it, resulting in a part of the gold loss in the tailings. . If the tailings are re-elected by a TPB800 vertical  swirling centrifuge concentrator, the medium-fine grain gold can be completely recovered. Such successfull cases in China’s Hunchun Zijin Gold Mine, Shaanxi Shenba Gold Mine and Huanglong Gold Mine are classical examples of successful operation and have a sound proof to  confirm the effect of Vertical Swirl Centrifugal concentrator made by TOMINE
